HOUSE RULES:

Before arrival: Before arrival, you must enter your ID details into the registration system, taken from your passport, ID card, or driver’s license (full name of the guest, document number, and date of birth). This must be done for all guests being registered. After entering complete details, you will receive a message the evening before arrival (by 8:30 PM) with the information needed to access the apartment (i.e., the code for the key safe).

Check-in: from 14:00. Please inform the host of your expected arrival time in advance.

Check-out: by 10:00 on the following day.

Free cancellation: possible up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival.

Children: Children of all ages are welcome.

Baby cots for children up to 3 years old: A baby cot is available free of charge upon request and is subject to availability.

Extra beds: Extra beds are not available at this property.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed indoors.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Parties: Parties or events (such as bachelor or bachelorette parties) are not allowed.

Quiet hours: Guests must not disturb the quiet hours between 22:00 and 07:00.

Bike storage: The entrance area of the accommodation facility is intended for safe storage of guests' bicycles. Bikes can be hung on wall-mounted hooks, while electric bikes, which typically exceed 18 kg, can be leaned against the wall in this area.
